I said, 'you haven't even given me a chance to tell you why I am standing here.' She talked about the no bags policy again. Before I could tell her why I was there, she started talking, defending her decision. The same manager that told me I had to check in my bag came over. I reiterated that I felt discriminated up on. I went downstairs and asked the girls at the bag check, who or where would I complain to about my bag. One lady, with a purse, the size of a beach bag. Before I went downstairs, I took pictures of just a few of the People let in with bags. She told me to go to the ticket booth downstairs and complain, maybe I could get my medical bag back before the show. While he was doing that, I told the lady upstairs, the 'ticket ambassador' what happened and who I could complain to. When we went up the escalators, my husband went to the restroom, on the second floor, where we were at. I said I see lots of people walking around with bags. They said, basically we just check in bags. We went over to the bag check I ask if I'm going to have to pay them to check in, my medical bag, that I didn't want to check in? I asked them if they knew anything about the bags policy. All that is in there is a jacket, my husband has diabetes- so his medicine, I said his pills and now we just put 2 cups in there.' I said, ' I have to have my bag checked 2 times?' She said 'yes', now this is where she lost her customer service, 'check it in, we have a no bags policy'. She said, 'no, you have to check it in over there'. A manager, I think, told me I had to get my bag check in. They asked me to open it, I said I just have my pills and a jacket in there. We went through the metal detector, and they told us we could not bring our drinks in. When we arrived at the first check point for the Katy Perry concert, we arrived to metal detectors.

For this outing, it was our first night out, in 13 years, without our kids. We had been to 2 other venues on our vacation. My husband and I were in Vegas with our 2 kids. We would like to talk to someone in management about our experience of discrimination at your theater.
